By accessing or using our SMS platform (bulk-sms.ng), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our platform offers local and international SMS messaging. We support API integration and both short and long code messaging. Messages may be blocked by telecom providers if recipients are on the DND list. In such cases, delivery is not guaranteed and refunds may not apply.
Users must not use the service for fraudulent, violent, unlawful, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, spam, phishing, or any activity deemed unethical or illegal. Users are expected to regularly check our website for updates or policy changes before using the service.
All payments must be made before use through the supported payment methods. The platform uses a wallet system. Refunds may be considered under valid circumstances but are not guaranteed. Administrative charges may apply.
We retain SMS logs for monitoring and legal compliance. By using our service, users consent to this. KYC verification may be required. We implement industry-standard measures to secure data.
We may suspend or terminate any account without notice if terms are violated. Users are liable for any consequences or damages from misuse.
We are not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control including acts of God, telecom failures, or regulatory actions.
All disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian law. We prefer amicable resolution but reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary.
